Beef Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 lb. ground beef chuck | ||
Directions
Saute the onion in oil until transparent.
Combine the egg, crumbs, milk, salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper, mixing well.
Add the onion and beef, beating with fork until well blended.
Shape into 24 small balls and place on a lightly oiled pan.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
