| Black bean sauce | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef Stock | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon cornflour blended with 1 tablespoon water | ||
Directions
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and cook garlic and ginger over a medium heat for 1 minute. Add onion and beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef is browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in pan, add red pepper, bean sprouts and mangetout and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add black beans, soy sauce, stock, sugar and cornflour mixture and cook, stirring, until mixture thickens slightly. Return beef and onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
