Ingredients

 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, minced
 Ground ginger1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 , finely sliced
 Steak375 Gram, cut into strips
 Sesame oil2 Teaspoon
 Pepper red1/2 To taste, sliced
 Bean sprouts100 Gram
 Mange-tout60 Gram
 Black bean sauce1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Beef Stock3 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon cornflour blended with 1 tablespoon water

Directions

1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and cook garlic and ginger over a medium heat for 1 minute. Add onion and beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef is browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in pan, add red pepper, bean sprouts and mangetout and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add black beans, soy sauce, stock, sugar and cornflour mixture and cook, stirring, until mixture thickens slightly. Return beef and onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
