1 can condensed beef bouillon
 
1 soup can water
 
1 pound lean ground beef
 
3 tablespoons cream of rice cereal
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
 
1 egg
 
1/2 cup chopped onion
 
1/2 cup sliced or chopped celery
 
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 
1 tablespoon bottled browning sauce
 
1 can whole tomatoes
 
1 can mixed vegetables
 
1 can sliced mushrooms, with broth
 
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
 
1/4 teaspoon thyme
 
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix bouillon and water; reserve.
Mix together beef, cream of rice, seasonings, egg, and 1/4 cup bouillon; shape into 3 or 4 dozen little meatballs.
Cook onion and celery in oil in 4 quart baking dish in Radarange oven uncovered 3 minutes; stir once.
Add 1 cup bouillon, browning sauce, and meat balls; cook covered 7 minutes, or until boiling.
Stir meat balls; add remaining ingredients.
Cover, cook 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
