Directions
Cut the meat into even sized cubes and toss in seasoned flour.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the meat until browned.
Transfer to the Slo cooker.
Add the onions to the pan and fry lightly.
Stir in the remaining flour, gradually add the stock and carrots.
Bring to the boil and transfer to the Slo cooker.
Stir so that the vegetables are under the cooking liquid.
Cook for the recommended time.
When cooking by the One Step method it is important that all the vegetables are put into the Slow cooker first and the meat on top.
