Noodles

Marinade Ingredients:
 
dark soy sauce
 
black pepper
 
ginger
 
garlic
 
oil

Directions

In a large pan, boil the noodles in the water for about 5 min, drain , rinse in cold water, drain well, toss in some sesame oil and keep aside.
In a bowl , add the marinade ingredients to the beef and keep aside; reserve a little ginger and garlic for the noodles.
In a non-stick wok, heat oil, saute the beef until cooked, remove from the pan and keep aside. In the same pan, saute the onions until soft, stir in the tomatoes, stir for a while, remove from the pan and keep aside.
Now add some more oil to the pan, add the reserved ginger and garlic, stir in the boiled noodles, toss well and stir continuously for a few seconds; remove the noodles on a plate.
Now again add the beef and vegetables into the pan, stir for a few seconds and serve over the noodles.
