Beef And Sweet Potato Stew Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 medium-size sweet potatoes (about 3/4 pound), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||

Directions
1. Bring the beef broth to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add the beef, cover, and boil for 3 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink, stirring frequently to break up any large clumps.
2. Add the sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, thyme, marjoram, and tomato paste. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Serve with Farmer's Turnip and Pear Salad.
