Ingredients

 
12 smoked beef sausages
 
8 oz (125 g) ground beef
 
1 onion, chopped
 
1 green bell pepper, chopped
 
2 celery stalks, chopped
 
1 tbsp (15 ml) vinegar
 
10 oz (284 ml) canned mushrooms
 
10 oz (284 ml) canned cream of tomato soup
 
1/2 Cup (125 ml) chili sauce
 
1/2 Cup (125 ml) ketchup
 
1 tbsp (15 ml) brown sugar

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Cut sausages into 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick pieces.
–  In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, and add other ingredients.
–  Pour mixture into an ovenproof casserole and cook in oven from 20 to 30 minutes.
