 Green peppers4 Large
 Ground beef1/2 pound
 Onion1 Small, minced
 Cooked rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/8 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon each of celery seeds, curry powder, and Worcestershire
 Soft bread crumbs1/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered

Directions

Wash peppers; remove stem ends, seeds, and membranes.
Cook in 1 cup boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
Brown beef and onion, stirring with fork.
Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; mix well.
Fill peppers with meat mixture; top with crumbs.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 30 minutes.
