Beef And Rice Stuffed Peppers Recipe

| Ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, minced | |
| Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon each of celery seeds, curry powder, and Worcestershire | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
Directions
Wash peppers; remove stem ends, seeds, and membranes.
Cook in 1 cup boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
Brown beef and onion, stirring with fork.
Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; mix well.
Fill peppers with meat mixture; top with crumbs.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 30 minutes.
