 Ground chuck1 pound
 Cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole kernel corn1 Can (10oz), drained
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce2 Can (10oz), divided
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Place ground beef in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir once or twice during microwaving to break the meat apart.
Drain to remove excess drippings, if necessary.
Arrange rice in a single layer in a 2-quart casserole.
Spread corn over the rice.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour 1 can tomato sauce over corn and spread with chopped onion.
Spread cooked beef in a layer over the onions.
Combine remaining tomato sauce, green pepper, and oregano.
Pour over other layers.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at MEDIUM 20 minutes, rotating dish after 10 minutes of microwaving.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
