Beef and Potato Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 cups ground, leftover cooked beef | ||
| Potatoes | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 teaspoon bottled thick meat sauce | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Flour | ||
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients except flour and salad oil.
Shape into 6 patties or cakes.
Roll very lightly in flour; saute in hot oil until brown on all sides.
