Ingredients

 2 1/2 cups ground, leftover cooked beef
 Potatoes1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 1 teaspoon bottled thick meat sauce
 Onion2 Teaspoon, minced
 Flour
 Salad oil2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except flour and salad oil.
Shape into 6 patties or cakes.
Roll very lightly in flour; saute in hot oil until brown on all sides.
