Beef and Noodles Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Narrow egg noodles - 2 cups, cooked | ||
| Mixed vegetables - 1 (8 1/2-ounce) can, drained | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Ground beef | 3 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (Ingredients for the Ground Beef Mix) | |
| Cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can, undiluted | ||
| Mushrooms - 2 (4-ounce) cans, sliced, undrained | ||
| Commercial sour cream - 1/2 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Mix the ground beef mix with egg noodles, mixed vegetables and pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley and bake for 15 minutes at 350°
SERVING
2. Serve hot
TIP
Prepare the beef mix by combining onion, garlic and celery and saute till done. Reduce heat and simmer again for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook again for 5 minutes.
