Beef and Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lbs ribeye steak | ||
| 2 portobella mushrooms, sliced | ||
| Scallions | 2 , chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Kitchen Bouquet | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 tsp salt & pepper, each | ||
| 1/4 tsp salt & pepper, each | ||
Directions
1. Cut way bone from steaks, then cut meat into strips. Thicker strips for medium rare and thinner strips for well done.
2. Melt butter and saute garlic and mushrooms for 1 minute. Add sherry, Kitchen Bouquet, salt & pepper and steak strips and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add scallions, stir for 30 seconds. Serve
