Beef And Kidney Hot Pot Recipe

| 4 servings instant mashed potato, prepared and cooled | ||
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix the first six ingredients together; scrape into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Stir egg blended with milk into the cooled potato; spoon over meat mixture and ruffle top with a fork.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, or until thoroughly hot and lightly browned.
