Beef And Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Corn flakes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 6 | |
| 1 can cream of celery soup | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine the beef, onion, salt, pepper, egg and corn flakes and shape into patties.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Broil until brown and drain off fat.
Cut carrots into 2-inch pieces and place around the patties.
Pour soup over beef mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees until carrots are tender.
