Ingredients

 Vegetable oil2 Teaspoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Topside or round steak - 500 grams / 1 pound, cut into thin strips
 Snake (yard-long) or green beans - 185 grams / 6 ounce, cut into 10 cm / 4 in lengths
 Kaffir lime leaves2
 Brown sugar2 Teaspoon
 Light soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Fish sauce1 Tablespoon
 Coriander leaves2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok heat oil and garlic together over a medium heat, increase heat to high, add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef changes colour.
2. Adding beans, lime leaves, sugar and soy and fish sauces stir-fry for 2 minutes or until beans change colour.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately after stirring in coriander.
