Stir Fried Beef Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Topside or round steak - 500 grams / 1 pound, cut into thin strips | ||
| Snake (yard-long) or green beans - 185 grams / 6 ounce, cut into 10 cm / 4 in lengths | ||
| Kaffir lime leaves | 2 | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Light soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fish sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a wok heat oil and garlic together over a medium heat, increase heat to high, add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef changes colour.
2. Adding beans, lime leaves, sugar and soy and fish sauces stir-fry for 2 minutes or until beans change colour.
SERVING
3. Serve immediately after stirring in coriander.
