Beef and Bean Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 500 g/1 lb topside or round steak, cut into thin strips | ||
| Green beans | 185 Gram | |
| Kaffir lime leaves | 2 , shredded | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Light soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fish sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Heat oil and garlic together in a wok over a medium heat, increase heat to high, add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef changes colour.
2. Add beans, lime leaves, sugar and soy and fish sauces and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until beans change colour. Stir in coriander and serve immediately.
