Easy Bechamel Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup chicken stock or broth | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dash of paprika | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco | 1 drop | |
Directions
Melt butter.
Add flour and stir until blended.
Slowly add milk and chicken stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add seasonings and cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
Makes 2 cups.
