 Butter4 Tablespoon

 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup chicken stock or broth
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Dash of paprika

Directions

Melt butter.
Add flour and stir until blended.
Slowly add milk and chicken stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add seasonings and cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
