Bebo's Cool Cucumber Crunch Salad Recipe
Crisp thin neat slices of cucumber tossed with robust flavours like soy and wine vinegar. Toasted sesame seeds add to the crunch of this exciting salad which can be made part of our daily meal plan.

Ingredients
| Cucumber- 4 to 5 medium noÂ’s, thinly sliced lengthwise | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Onions- 2 small noÂ’s, thinly sliced | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon, shredded | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper- a pinch (optional) | ||
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon, toasted | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss.
2. Refrigerate till service or for minimum 2 hours.
SERVING
3. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve chilled.
