 Muesli Base - 1 tablespoon
 Vegetable Milk - 3 tablespoons
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Barbados Sugar - 2 teaspoons (Optional)

 Almonds1 Tablespoon, halved

Directions

MAKING
1. Soak the apricots.
2. Finely chop, mince or liquidize the soaked apricots.
2. Add the cereals, milk, lemon juice and barbados sugar and mix well.

SERVING
3. Garnish with sliced bananas and nuts and serve cold.
