Bearnaise Sauce With Wine Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
| Shallots | 2 , chopped | |
| 50 ml / 2 fl oz wine vinegar | ||
| 30 ml / 2 tbsp chopped tarragon | ||
| 100 g / 4 oz butter | ||
| 2 size 3 egg yolks | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a small dish and arrange the shallots in it.
2) Drizzle vinegar, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
3) Cook uncovered for 3 minutes and then strain.
4) Take a dish and keep the strained liquid.
5) Add a dollop of butter and heat on power for 30 seconds.
6) Blend in egg yolks and heat for another 30 seconds on power.
SERVING
7) Serve as per requirement.
