Bean Sprout Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Corn oil | 4 Tablespoon (For the sauce:) | |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice or cider vinegar | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon (For the sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (For the sauce:) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped (For the sauce:) | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon, toasted (For the sauce:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (For the sauce:) | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (For the sauce:) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (For the sauce:) | |
| 1/8 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root (optional) | ||
| Bean sprouts | 225 Gram (For the salad:) | |
Directions
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
2. Wash the beansprouts and drain well.
3. Place the beansprouts in a serving dish and pour the dressing over.
4. Toss lightly and chill well before serving.
