 Mustard seeds1⁄2 Teaspoon

 Turmeric powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Chilly powder1 Teaspoon
 Garlic6 Clove (30 gm)
 Salt To Taste
 Coriander leaves1 Tablespoon, cilantro

Directions

1. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
2. Splutter the mustard seeds.
3. Add onions and saute till golden brown.
4. Add the Dry Red Chillies, Garlic and Curry Leaves and stir for a few seconds.
5. Add Turmeric & Chilly powder and saute.
6. Add the diced beans and potato along with little salt and mix well.
7. Cover the pan and allow it to cook for around 10 mins or until the vegetables are tender.
8. Garnish with Coriander Leaves.

Note
When making mezhukkupuratti, it is best not to add water. Instead keep the dish on simmer and stir occasionally.
