 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry red wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 cups sprouted pinto beans, steamed until tender
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1 To taste

Directions

In large skillet heat oil.
Saute garlic and parsley for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and wine.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Stir in bean sprouts and heat through.
Season to taste.
