Beans In Curry Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 60 Gram | |
| Almonds | 60 Gram, flaked | |
| 1 tblspn mild curry powder | ||
| Red onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Green beans | 500 Gram, halved | |
| Cream | 185 Milliliter, soured | |
Directions
1. Melt half the butter in a frying pan over moderate heat. Add almonds and curry powder and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Transfer almond mixture to a serving dish; keep hot. Melt the remaining butter in pan, add onion and beans and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Transfer onion and beans to the serving dish. Add cream to pan, bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
4. Add sauce to vegetable mixture, toss well and serve.
