Beans Cooked In The Style Of Little Birds Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 10-ounce packages frozen black-eyed peas, defrosted | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In a nonreactive medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sage and cook 30 seconds, or until garlic is fragrant but not browned. Add tomatoes, raise heat to medium, and simmer 5 minutes.
