Beanie Bake Recipe

Ingredients
6 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
3 cans (about 1 pound each) baked beans
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 pound frankfurters, halved crosswise
1/2 cup French-fried onion rings (from an about-4-ounce can)
Directions
Mix molasses, mustard,, and instant coffee in a cup.
Place beans in an 8-cup shallow baking dish; stir in vinegar and all but about 2 tablespoons of the molasses mixture(Remaining is for brushing franks in next step.)
Arrange halved frankfurters in a chevron design on top; brush with remaining molasses mixture.
Crush onion rings and sprinkle evenly over the top.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 35 minutes, or until bubbly-hot.
