Bean Sprout Salad Recipe
In my opinion to call yourself a chef one must have personal recipe of Bean Sprout Salad, just like I do. A yummy Side Dish dish that I recommend to my friends is this recipe of Bean Sprout Salad. You don't need to be an expert to make out how mouth-watering and flavorful this dish really is.
Ingredients
1/4 cup unrefined oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Optional:
1/8 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
Directions
Mix together the oil, lemon juice, tamari, salt, scallions, sesame seeds, garlic, chives, parsley, and ginger (if desired).
Pour over the sprouts and toss lightly.
Chill before serving.
