Ingredients

 
Shelled peanuts- 1 cup, roasted
 
Seasoned mashed potatoes- 2 cups
 
Lima beans-2 cups, cooked , fresh or canned
 
Milk- 1/4 cup
 
Egg- 1
 
Salt- 1 teaspoon
 
Paprika- 1/8 teaspoon
 
Onion-juice- 1 teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees
MAKING
2.Using the blade of the food chopper, grind the peanuts
3.In a greased baking-dish, place a layer of potatoes, a layer of beans and a layer of peanuts
4.Continue making layers until all the ingredients are used
5.Now blend milk with well beaten egg and seasoning and pour over the top
6.Bake in a moderate oven until brown
SERVING
7.Serve with salads
