Bean And Sausage Bake Recipe
|Frozen lima beans||10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)|
|Baked beans||3 Can (30 oz)|
|Canned kidney beans||20 Ounce, drained|
|Italian pork sausage/Pork link sausage||1 Pound|
|Smoked ham||1⁄2 Pound, cut in .5 inch cubes|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|

Place the sausage and a small amount of water in a skillet over medium heat.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Pan-fry the sausage until brown (don't prick the sausage).
Remove from heat.
Cut each link into 2 or 3 pieces.
Add the sausage and ham to the bean mixture; mix well.
Combine the salt, pepper, mustard, tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and onion in a small bowl; mix well.
Add the onion mixture to the bean mixture; mix well.
Spoon into a 3 quart baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour.
