Bean Stew Recipe
Ingredients
1 tsp pinto beans
1 tsp Northern beans
1 tsp lentils
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp carrot, sliced
1 tsp hominy
1 tsp onion, diced
1/2 tsp green chilies, chopped
Dash garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper
Directions
Boil beans and lentils in beef broth for 10 minutes, covered.
Allow to stand 1 to 2 hours, or overnight.
Place softened beans and remaining ingredients in baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until ingredients are tender.
