4 cups (1 L) bean sprouts
2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) Kikkoman soy sauce
3 green onions, chopped fine
Directions
€¢ Rinse bean sprouts in cold water. Drain and place in a dish. Let stand 2 minutes, then drain again, simply by placing your hand over the sprouts and tilting the dish.
€¢ Place in a 6-to-8-cup (1.5 to 2 L) microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
€¢ Add the remaining ingredients, stir thoroughly.
€¢ Taste for salt. Adjust if necessary. Serve.
