Ingredients

| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 pound | |
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Carrot | 1 , shredded | |
| 1 whole green onion, thinly sliced | ||
Directions
In a bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and soy.
Wash bean sprouts and drain well.
Heat a wok or wide frying pan over high heat.
When pan is hot, add oil.
When oil is hot, add sprouts, carrot, and onion, and stir-fry fori minute.
Pour in vinegar mixture and continue stir-frying until bean sprouts are crisp-tender (about 2 minutes).
