Bean Sprouts Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients

| Bean sprouts | 6 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
MAKING
2.Heat butter and add flour to it.
3.Cook the mixture for a minute by stirring continuously.
4.Add milk and stir well until a smooth and thick mixture is formed.
5.Put the flame off and add 1 cup of Swiss cheese to the mixture.
6.Mix well so that the cheese melts.
7.Sprinkle salt, pepper and nutmeg to the mixture as per the taste.
8.Put bean sprouts in the sauce.
9.Take a 1- quart greased baking dish, transfer the mixture into it and add the remaining cheese.
10.Bake the dish for 10 minutes until it turns golden.
