Bean Sprouts Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
2 large potatoes, cooked, sliced
2 cups (500 ml) bean sprouts, scalded
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) hot bechamel sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp (2 ml) nutmeg
Directions
– Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
– In a buttered, ovenproof baking dish, place overlapping layers of potatoes and bean sprouts. Complete process with layer of bean sprouts. Coat with bechamel sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
– Bake until golden, then turn off oven, cover baking dish with sheet of aluminum foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
