Bean Sprout Vegetable Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 cups finely shredded cabbage | ||
| 1/2 cup sliced green onion or chopped red onion | ||
| 1 small red or green bell pepper, diced | ||
| 1 cup thinly sliced celery or carrot | ||
| Bean sprouts | 1/4 pound | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), thinly sliced | |
| Sweet pickle dressing | ||
| 1/2 cup dry roasted | ||
| Spanish-style peanuts | ||
Directions
In a salad bowl, mix together cabbage, onion, pepper, celery, sprouts, and water chestnuts.
Prepare dressing, pour over cabbage mixture, and toss gently.
Garnish with peanuts
