 5 cups finely shredded cabbage
 1/2 cup sliced green onion or chopped red onion
 1 small red or green bell pepper, diced
 1 cup thinly sliced celery or carrot
 Bean sprouts1/4 pound
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), thinly sliced
 Sweet pickle dressing
 1/2 cup dry roasted
 Spanish-style peanuts

Directions

In a salad bowl, mix together cabbage, onion, pepper, celery, sprouts, and water chestnuts.
Prepare dressing, pour over cabbage mixture, and toss gently.
Garnish with peanuts
