 Green onions including part of tops - 1/2 cup, chopped
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Water4 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Bean sprouts4 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Salt To Taste (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a wide frying pan or electric frying pan heat oil over highest heat.
2. Stir in onions, carrots, and water.
3. Stir and cook until carrots are tender.
4. Add bean sprouts and cook stirring over high heat.
5. Season with salt.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.
