Ingredients

 Bean sprouts2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups canned no-salt-added sliced green beans, drained
 Parsley1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dill seed1/2 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon acceptable vegetable oil
 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
 Ketchup1 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon wedges6 (GARNISH)

Directions

In a large bowl, combine bean sprouts, green beans and parsley.
Toss to mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle dill seed on mixture.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Stir to mix well.
Pour over bean sprout mixture.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
