 Celery stalks2 , finely chopped
 Walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 1/2 cups mung bean or soybean sprouts
 Caraway seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 2 Boston lettuce cups
 Honey and lemon juice to taste

Directions

1. Combine the celery, nuts, sprouts, and seeds. Spoon into lettuce cups.
2. Dress to taste with honey and lemon juice mixed together.
