 Bean225 Gram, canned
 Sprouts, drained
 Pimiento1 , canned
 Cucumber1 , pickled
 Chives1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Wine vinegar1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Mustard1/2 Teaspoon, made (Dressing)
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Salt - 1/2 - teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1 In a salad bowl, put the bean sprouts along with the pimiento, pickled cucumber and chives.
2 In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
3 Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.
4 Pour the dressing over the salad.
5 Toss well to coat evenly.
6 Place in the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes.

SERVING
7 Serve chilled.
