| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon, made (Dressing) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Salt - 1/2 - teaspoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a salad bowl, put the bean sprouts along with the pimiento, pickled cucumber and chives.
2 In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
3 Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.
4 Pour the dressing over the salad.
5 Toss well to coat evenly.
6 Place in the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes.
SERVING
7 Serve chilled.
