Bean Sprout Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Scallions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Pimento- 1/4 cup, cut in juliennes | ||
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Bean sprouts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, pimento, sesame seeds and garlic.
2) Pour the mixture over the sprouts and toss lightly.
3) Chill for 1 hour.
SERVING
4) Serve Bean Sprout Salad as an appetizer or as a side dish.
