 Tahini45 Milliliter (For the sauce)
 Water30 Milliliter (For the sauce)
 Shoyu15 Milliliter (For the sauce)
 Dry sherry30 Milliliter (For the sauce)
 Apple Juice5 Milliliter (For the sauce)
 Red wine vinegar5 Milliliter (For the sauce)
 Coriander30 Milliliter, chopped (For the sauce)
 Bean sprouts225 Gram (For the stir-fry)
 Oyster mushrooms225 Gram (For the stir-fry)
 Cauliflower1 (For the stir-fry)
 Medium Red Pepper - 1, deseeded and diced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed (For the stir-fry)
 Sesame oil10 Milliliter (For the stir-fry)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl mix sauce ingredients together.
2. Keep aside for 1 hour before making the stir-fry.
3. Prepare beansprouts, mushrooms, cauliflower, pepper and garlic.

MAKING
3. In a wok or large frying pan heat oil until sizzling.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes over a high heat until done.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately with sauce.
