| Oyster mushrooms | 225 Gram (For the stir-fry) | |

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (For the stir-fry) | |
| Sesame oil | 10 Milliliter (For the stir-fry) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a bowl mix sauce ingredients together.
2. Keep aside for 1 hour before making the stir-fry.
3. Prepare beansprouts, mushrooms, cauliflower, pepper and garlic.
MAKING
3. In a wok or large frying pan heat oil until sizzling.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes over a high heat until done.
SERVING
5. Serve immediately with sauce.
