Bean Sprout And Red Bell Pepper Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bean sprouts | 300 Gram | |
| Red bell peppers | 350 Gram, pickled | |
| 2 tsp pickling liquid from the pickled peppers | ||
| 1/4 cup French dressing of choice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)In boiling salted water blanch bean sprouts for 5-6 minutes.
2)Remove and plunge in ice-cold water for about 30 minutes then drain and dry on kitchen towelling.
3)Finely slice bell peppers.
4)In a salad bowl, mix bean sprouts and peppers and toss well.
5)Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill.
FINALIZATION
3)Pour the pickling liquid and dressing over the salad and toss well.
SERVING
7) Serve the salad chilled.
