Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Red kidney beans | 225 Gram | |

| Peas | 225 Gram | |

| Orange juice | 60 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Lemon juice | 30 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Sunflower oil | 15 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) (For making the dressing) | |
| Shoyu | 10 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Apple Juice | 5 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Dried thyme | 5 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Dried oregano | 5 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Mushrooms | 100 Gram, thinly sliced (For making the dressing) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl add peas and cooked beans along with spring onions and stir well.
2. Take another bowl, add all dressing ingredients together, except the mushrooms, and stir well. Stir in the mushrooms and keep the mixture aside for half an hour.
3. Spoon the dressing over bean salad and toss well.
4. Season as per the taste preferences.
SERVING
5. Serve the bean salad with pasta or rice.
