Ingredients

 1 mignonette lettuce
 Mung bean sprouts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 x 300g can red kidney beans
 1/2 x 310g can butter beans (cannellini style)
 Shallots4 , chopped
 Radishes1/2 Bunch (100gm), sliced
 Ripe tomatoes2 , peeled (DRESSING)
 Onion1/2 Small (DRESSING)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed (DRESSING)
 Oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon (DRESSING)
 Honey2 Teaspoon (DRESSING)
 Basil leaves1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 1 cup fresh parsley sprigs

Directions

Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves.
Toss together sprouts, drained and rinsed beans, shallots and radishes; place in salad bowl.
Serve Dressing separately.
Dressing: Puree or process all ingredients until smooth.
