| 1/2 x 310g can butter beans (cannellini style) | ||
| Shallots | 4 , chopped | |
| Radishes | 1/2 Bunch (100gm), sliced | |
| Ripe tomatoes | 2 , peeled (DRESSING) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Small (DRESSING) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (DRESSING) | |
| Oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon (DRESSING) | |
| Honey | 2 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| Basil leaves | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING) | |
| 1 cup fresh parsley sprigs | ||
Directions
Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves.
Toss together sprouts, drained and rinsed beans, shallots and radishes; place in salad bowl.
Serve Dressing separately.
