Bean Salad Recipe
Would you like to try a great Bean Salad recipe? I prepare this yum Bean Salad as a Side Dish every month or even more often. A delicious Bean Salad gets its taste from Vegetable. Once you try preparing this Bean Salad, I am sure you will be making it again!.
Ingredients
1 can cut green beans
1 (5-oz.) bottle artichoke hearts
6-8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. MSG
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
1 (4-oz.) jar pimento, diced
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 can pitted olives
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions
Mix all beans, olives, artichokes, celery, onion, mushrooms and pimento.
Dissolve tarragon vinegar, MSG, salt and sugar together.
Add Tabasco and oil to dressing mixture and pour over vegetables.
Top with chopped parsley
