 Cooked or canned beans-4 cups, purled
 Canned tomatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), stewed
 Bay leaf1
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Chili Sauce2 Tablespoon
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Potatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Water2 Quart
 Salt2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together beans, tomatoes, bay leaf, parsley and chili sauce.
2) In a pan, cook the remaining vegetables until just tender.
3) Mix together bean-tomato mixture, vegetables, water and salt. Simmer them for 2 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve the bean porridge hot.
