Bean Pickles Recipe
Ingredients
1 peck beans
3 lbs. sugar
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons celery seed
3 quarts cider vinegar
1 cup dry mustard
2 tablespoons tumeric powder
Directions
Boil beans until tender in salted water.
Drain.
Boil other ingredients and add beans.
Boil all together 10 minutes.
Bottle and seal.
Drain.
