Bean N Bacon Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
 
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
 
1 pound ground beef
 
1 can (11 1/4 ounces) condensed bean with bacon soup
 
1/2 cup water
 
1/3 cup ketchup
 
6 hamburger buns, toasted and buttered

Directions

Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Add beef; brown; stir to separate meat particles.
Add soup, water, and ketchup; simmer about 5 minutes to blend flavors.
Stir often.
(Thin to desired consistency with additional water.)
