MAKING
1. In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend.
2. Transfer the mixture into a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutes or until back of spoon get coated with sauce.

SERVING
3. Garnish the sauce with red chilli paste and roasted peanuts and serve with your favorite spring rolls.
