Water
Coconut milk
Rice vinegar
Chopped onion
Sugar
Directions
Mix all the ingredients to make a puree.
Transfer it into a saucepan and simmer it on medium heat until thick.
To serve it put it in individual serve bowl, add some chili paste and sprinkle roasted peanuts over it.
