Bean Curd with Pork Recipe

Ingredients
Marinade:
1 teaspoon rice wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1/3 lb. ground pork
Seasoning sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon hot bean sauce
5 (3-inch) squares Bean Curd, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
5 chopped dried red peppers, if desired
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon Peppersalt
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Add ground pork; mix well.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Combine ingredients for seasoning sauce in a small bowl.
Mix well and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat 1 minute.
Stir-fry marinated ground pork 2 minutes until browned.
Add garlic, hot bean sauce, bean curd and red peppers, if desired.
Stir-fry 1 minute.
Pour seasoning sauce into wok.
Stir-fry until sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinkle with green onion and sesame oil; stir to mix.
Spoon bean curd mixture on a plate.
Sprinkle with Peppersalt.
